Can you remove/change the background?

Yes we can.

Does the plaque play music?

No, you have to scan the code with your phone and the music will play on the phone.

What do I get with a plaque only order?

Literally just the personalised plaque. You will need to get a base to hold it up.

Do I need to generate the song code?

No, you just put the song title and artist and we will generate the code for you.

What does Platform Codes Opens means?

This is the platform you want the code to open when it is scanned by your phone. For example, if you select Apple Music, when you scan the code on your plaque, it will open up the song on Apple Music.

How do I tell you the song I want?

Just give up the song title and artist, and we will find the song. You can also provide us with the direct link to the song.

If you need any help or assistance with your order please message us through Chat on the website, found at the bottom right of your screen.

If you need help editing your photo, put your order in, then message us through Chat on the website. We have a team of designers that can do simple and complicated edits free of charge.

We provide free standard shipping on all UK orders of £30 or more. We also offer the following shipping options:
* Standard: 4-6 business days
* Express: 2-3 business days
* Next Day: 1-2 business day

All orders have a tracking number, which will be emailed to you so you can track your package.

Please bear in mind that all orders take one day to manufacture before they can be shipped.
