Delivery & Turnaround Times | UK Made to Order
Everything we sell is made to order in our UK studio, so the clock starts when we begin work rather than when a parcel leaves a warehouse shelf. Here is what to expect.
UK delivery options
- Standard: 4-6 working days
- Express: 2-4 working days
- Next Day: 1-2 working days
Free standard UK delivery on orders over £30. Express and Next Day are shown at checkout where available.
How we count the days
These are working days, not calendar days, and they cover the whole process including making your item.
- Order before 5pm on a working day and that day counts as day 0.
- Order after 5pm and the next working day is day 0.
- Order at a weekend or on a bank holiday and the next working day is day 0.
Previews and timing
If you ask for a preview, we wait for your approval before printing. That is usually worth doing, but it does add time, so bear it in mind if your order is for a particular date. If you are working to a deadline, tell us when you order and we will let you know honestly whether it is achievable.
Tracking
We email tracking details when your order is dispatched, where the service provides them.
Outside the UK
Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, cost and timing for your country.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as agreed, contact us with your order number and a photo showing the problem and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Read our full refund policy.
